1. Website information

2. No consulting relationship

Browsing the site, using the AI assistant, or submitting an inquiry does not create a consultant-client, attorney-client, fiduciary, or other professional relationship. Any consulting engagement requires a separate written agreement defining scope, fees, responsibilities, confidentiality, and deliverables.

3. AI assistant

The website AI assistant is an automated system and is not Kenneth Chen. Its responses may be incomplete, inaccurate, or outdated. Do not rely on an AI response as the sole basis for a regulated, clinical, technical, legal, or business decision.

Do not submit patient data, protected health information, credentials, confidential records, unpublished research, trade secrets, or proprietary documents through the assistant. Messages are processed as described in thePrivacy Policy.

4. Contact requests and communications

You must provide accurate information and may submit only contact information that belongs to you or that you are authorized to use. Email, human-call, text-message, and AI-assisted voice permissions are separate. Selecting one channel does not grant permission for another. Consent to automated texts or an AI-generated or prerecorded voice call is not a condition of purchase and may be revoked.

5. Acceptable use

You may not:

• Use the site unlawfully or to violate another person's rights.
• Submit another person's contact information without authorization.
• Probe, overload, scrape, reverse engineer, or evade usage and security controls.
• Upload malware or attempt prompt injection, data extraction, or unauthorized access.

6. Intellectual property

Unless otherwise stated, the site's original design, text, graphics, and other content are owned by or licensed to Bio-Consultant. You may view and print reasonable copies for your internal evaluation but may not republish or exploit them without permission.

7. Availability and third-party services

The site may depend on third-party infrastructure and may be changed, interrupted, or unavailable. Links to third-party sites are provided for convenience and do not make Bio-Consultant responsible for their content or practices.

8. Disclaimers and limitation

To the extent permitted by law, the site is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of accuracy, completeness, fitness, or uninterrupted operation. Bio-Consultant is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the public website. Rights that cannot lawfully be excluded remain unaffected.
