Program purpose

The Bio-Consultant Inquiry Messaging program provides conversational follow-up about a consulting inquiry you submit. It does not authorize unrelated promotions. Any future marketing program would require a separate opt-in.

How you opt in

On this website, open Ask Bio-Consultant, chooseContact Kenneth, select Text message, enter your name and phone number, review the Privacy Policy and Terms, and check both previously unchecked permission boxes before submitting. You may submit only a number you own or are authorized to use. The website does not verify number ownership, so no automated message should be sent until the messaging provider completes any required verification.

Message frequency and charges

Message frequency varies based on your inquiry. Message and data rates may apply. Consent is not a condition of purchasing consulting services. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Opt out and help

Reply STOP to opt out. You may also use another reasonable method, such as emailing hello@bio-consultant.com, to revoke permission. Reply HELP for help or email that address. After an opt-out request, only a confirmation or other message permitted by law may be sent.

Privacy

Mobile information, text-message opt-in data, and consent are handled as described in the Privacy Policy. They are not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

Changes

We may update these terms by posting a revised version and date. Material changes do not expand the scope of an existing consent without any new permission required by law.
